Welcome to Korea Bangla (“Korea Bangla,” “KBD Limited,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile interface, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including the browsing, ordering, and payment processes for Korean skincare, makeup, haircare, wellness, and food products offered through our store.

By creating an account, placing an order, or checking the box confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you enter into a legally binding agreement with KBD Limited. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform or proceed with payment.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 To place an order, you may be required to register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, contact number, email address, and delivery address.

1.2 Registration is intended solely to facilitate order processing, order tracking, and customer support. We collect only the information reasonably necessary to make your purchase process faster and more secure.

1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. 

1.4 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or complete a purchase. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the transaction.

2. Products and Order Acceptance

2.1 All product descriptions, images, weights, and prices displayed on the Platform are provided in good faith and sourced from official brand or supplier listings. Minor variations in packaging, shade, or formulation may occur due to manufacturer updates and do not constitute a defect.

2.2 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation (via email, SMS, or in-app notification) from Korea Bangla. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

2.3 Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be disclosed prior to checkout.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Agreement to Pay. Once you check the box confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway to complete your transaction. Completing this step constitutes your authorization for Korea Bangla to process payment for the items in your order.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods. We accept payment through mobile financial services (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), debit/credit cards, and other methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. Cash-on-delivery (COD), where offered, is subject to separate handling terms disclosed at checkout.

3.3 Third-Party Payment Processors. All online payments are processed through licensed, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways. Korea Bangla does not store your full card number, CVV, or mobile banking PIN on its own servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly and securely to the relevant payment service provider, and its use is additionally governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

3.4 Payment Verification. We reserve the right to verify payment details before dispatching an order. In the event of a failed, delayed, or disputed transaction, we may hold, delay, or cancel the order and will notify you accordingly.

3.5 Order Confirmation and Receipts. A digital receipt or invoice will be made available upon successful payment. Please retain this for your records and for any warranty, return, or refund claims.

3.6 Currency and Charges. Any charges arising from currency conversion, bank fees, or mobile financial service transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

3.7 Fraud Prevention. Korea Bangla reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized card use, or other unlawful activity, and to report such activity to the relevant financial institution or authority as required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation and may vary based on location, product availability, and courier partner performance.

4.2 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate; Korea Bangla is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

5.1 Due to hygiene considerations, certain categories of products (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare, or food items) may be non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

5.2 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or mobile financial service account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to processing times of the relevant payment provider.

5.3 Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting customer support. Orders already dispatched are subject to the standard return process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, product photography, descriptions, and design elements, is the property of KBD Limited or its licensors and brand partners, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KBD Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, delays in payment processing by third-party providers, or issues beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to courier delays, force majeure events, or payment gateway outages).

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, including the Digital Commerce Operation Guideline 2021 and the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009, where applicable. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, without prejudice to any statutory consumer protection rights you may hold.

9. Amendments

Korea Bangla reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
